DOOMED REDNECK
This mod it's a remastered version of my Redneck Rampage In Doom.

Hey, doomer! Get ready to unstoppable action with very unique character - Leonard from Redneck Rampage!

Rip, tear, scorch, blast, cut and shoot the dreadful Hell forces using 11 awesome weapon systems!
Mown down the demons and zombies with epic RANCH RIFLE and ALIEN TEAT GUN!!!
Blast'em with DY-NO-MITE and CHICKEN CROSSBOW!
Scorch your enemies with ALIEN PLASMA GUNS!
Give a new assholes to rotten zombie-flesh-eaters using your CASULL REVOLVER, SINGLE AND DOUBLE-BARRELED SCATTERGUNS!

It's actually fun as fuck, gunplay is fluid as blood with the most satisfying explosions this side of the ZDoom scene. Though if I remember correctly, the shotgun should have an altfire to fire both barrels instead.

You controllin' the half drunk rendeck, not the Doom Slayer or smth like him. You think, that he able to hold and fire his gun properly? Wrong, sir, wrong. I did it for make the gunplay more difficult that original RR gunplay.

You're completely right, sir. But I Think, that this feature doesn't have any sense in this mod. You have a single shotgun and you have a double-barreled shotgun, and what benefit from DBSG, which cannot fire from both barrels per one shot?)

Where is the drunk/gut meter on the HUD, then? Also, backpack should increase max ammo - there should be 100 shells held with backpack instead of 50 max, keep it doom-like.

Played it, liked what I played for the most part but I've never been a fan of RR just in general. Also, I dont remember but should the revolver fire 6 bullets before reloading instead of 4 I.E Samarsa style?

Most of my complaints come from how bad RR is and not the mod itself. Mod is pretty good

To be fair I'm more of a Blood and Shadow Warrior guy than a Duke and Redneck guy, so theres that. Maybe if you bring the mod into your own, I would be very interested. Perhaps add some new weapions or mechanics or something. Aside from that, is p good

Lo Wang(Shadow Warrior) is very underrated character. I plan to make a mod about him, BTW. I want to mix alpha, beta and final Lo Wang's concepts. What about Caleb? He is very overrated, when we talk about DooM mods. Too many attention for him, lol. But he is awesome) I want to remind to Doom community about forgotten characters from games, that based on Build engine. For example I want to create mod about John(Powerslave Guy), Grondnoval(Witchaven Guy), Liquidator(Liquidator Guy) and TeKWar Guy.

Well, maybe, I will add new weapons in mod...if I will found sprite artists, who can help me with it) Mod mechanics are different from original RR mechanic. It more faster! But I won't stop on this! I'll definitely make the current mechanics better!

I dont know about Tekwar, since that was never really a good game at all, ditto witchaven but i can see how you can make Witchhaven fun (I.E. what Samarsa EX did to him), and Powerslave needs more love anyways. Never heard of Liquidator.

Still, in my opinion, this mod needs a big more jenosequa (French people hate me now) before it becomes a fantastic. The shooting of RR was horrible to begin with and while porting the weapons into Doom is a decent concept, certain things like the machinegun breasts are no replacement for the BFG

I tried this mod out recently and it is very cool, the only thing that bothers is the Ricochet sounds. The Ricochet sounds are very loud and annoying

I think they need a rarer chance of playing, sometimes no sound at all and they could also have their volume turned down.
