Now I can enter the game ..but I have only normal doom guy with everything vanilla ..
Only in the beginning a red display with some text and 2 button options in menu which doesn't do anything ...

I remember I could change into a rat and such stuff am I wrong ?
Where is that gone ..what do I do wrong

If you see the entry text that means its working already. Theres a few controls that you press to activate powers.

Main Controls:
Hold Sprint +Use: Change Forms
Hold Sprint +Hold Crouch +Use: Observer (rat) Form, Mainly for possession
Hold Sprint +Hold Crouch +Use in Observer Form: Transform to Monster Form(Whatever monster you last possessed.)
Hold Sprint +Use in Observer Form +Touching Enemy: Possess Body
Hold Sprint +Jump +Any Direction: Super Jump (Outside base/Doomguy Form)
Action Key: Weapon Swap. Quickly switches to unarmed if holding a weapon or switches to your last weapon.

Weapon Controls:
Zoom: Steal Weapons. Multiplayer only, makes your target drop their weapon or copies it if it can't be dropped.
AltFire: Drain Blood +Upgrade Health(On stronger enemies)
Reload: Infection, Uses Blood depending on enemy health.
Use+Reload: Analyze, Absorb the target's form to add to your virus.
Fire+AltFire: Guard. Defensive stance that reduces damage.
Guard+Release Fire: Guard Drain. Defense half as much but drain health at the same time.

Passives:
Due to uniquely mutated blood, there's a few passives.
-Speed when attacking with weapons. To ensure there's a downside mainly.
+Regeneration using stored blood.
-+Rage Mode: Become enraged when falling to low health. You get a boost in power and speed but drains health quickly and need to get blood from enemies to calm down.
Falling even lower in health will transform you to your true form, A giant beast that can't use weapons. Again, draining blood will calm you down.
If you can't calm down and are still critical health, you can transform again to turn back to your normal form. You will still be critically injured.

I could add this to the main post tbh.

Just tested it, seems to run just fine.
Tried to use everything I could, but if something does come up let me know.

Hold sprint/run and then hit use. Doesn't work the other way around.

Weird. It won't let me DNA-scan the Strife soldiers. Yes, I held use then hit reload.

I remember making an exception for them to count as human/humanoid. They inherit strifehumanoid which the exception is for.
Beast/Mutant types you can scan would be bigger than humanoid size in some way like pinky demons or barons from Doom.

Too small. The ability to use a smaller form is limited to main blood creatures. (The player.)
Try weredragons for heretic.

Did you make sure it doesn't work on robots (which are mainly found in Strife)?

The mod checks to see if that target has blood or not. If they don't bleed then it won't work.
