TURBO Universal 2.0

Hey guys,

This is my first mod in this forum. This project was born when I was messing with tics and stuff. I decided to share this mod later.

What does this mod do?
It makes everything faster, by that, pretty much each and every monsters, objects, weapons etc. It will also work with other mods, provided that they aren't using ZScript to modify speed/tics.

Can this be used as a template to for example only universally double the weapon de-/select speed?

De-/select speed can't be doubled.

New update after a long time!
Changes:
1. Speed Modes! Change how fast the enemies, weapons, objects, etc. are.
2. This mod now works with Smooth Doom, Brutal Doom etc.
