Well I've made it, despite your directions.

One day I had a crazy idea: How about I try making a weapon mod? Well, it was definitely a good idea.

abort_m uses state-of-the-art ZScript witchery to achieve most of its effects.
It has served me well to polish my skills and learn a few cool new tricks for future projects.

Here I declare the listing of things this mod has to offer:

Weapons!

Note: All weapons have a "quick kick" feature by pressing Reload.
Note #2: Most weapons have a "quick throw" feature by pressing Zoom. Thrown weapons will bounce around dealing damage.

Finger poke [slot 1]: This is your default melee weapon.
You can poke things with your finger. Good luck killing anything, though.

Altfire: Why be so violent when you can just spread some love? Demons cannot resist some good headpats.

Pea shooter [slot 2]: This is your gun.
It quite literally shoots peas.

Altfire: Eat some of the ammo for extra health.

Floor Tile [slot 1]: Replaces Chainsaw.
Smash enemies in the face with a floor tile, of all things.

Altfire: Throw the tile like a frisbee.

Box of pellets [slot 3]: Replaces Shotgun.
Who needs a gun when you can use your own hands to shoot?
Warning: Extended usage may cause severe grumpiness and ogling of women's posteriors.

Altfire: Rapid fire, higher spread.

Foam gun [slot 3]: Replaces Shotgun.
Icky sticky gushy slushy toxic foams.

Altfire: Charged shot. More foam, more spread.

The Big P [slot 4]: Replaces Chaingun.
P is stored in the gun.

Altfire: Eat some more ammo for more health.

A-Salt Rifle [slot 4]: Replaces Chaingun.
Makes enemies salty. They will pick fights with everyone in their enraged state.

Altfire: Grenade, spreads more salt.

Gives you succ and calls you a gay. Requires 3 cans of Bepis to operate.

Altfire: Drink the Bepis by yourself for extra health and armor.

Sweet Rave Party! Shoot bouncing rainbow lasers.

Altfire: Charged multicolor laser, bounces off enemies.

Mr. BIG SHOT Industries GunShotgun Mk.II [slot 3]: Replaces SSG (and Plasma Rifle in some Doom 1 maps).
It's a big-ass shotgun that shoots guns, do I need to say more?
Warning: Enemies will ABSOLUTELY hear you shoot this.

Altfire: Shreds the guns before shooting them. Reduces recoil and loudness a bit, and should be slightly faster.

Spam Cannon [slot 3]: Replaces SSG (and Plasma Rifle in some Doom 1 maps).
SPAM IS WHAT'S FOR DINNER.

Altfire: YOU WANT MORE SPAM? YOU GET MORE SPAM.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Piece of candy: Replaces Health Bonus.
Comes in many flavors. Healing factor varies, goes up to 500.

Tofu: Replaces Armor Bonus.
Comes in many sizes. Armor factor varies, goes up to 500.
A blue Tokoroten variant may rarely spawn, it's not worth eating.

Banana: Replaces Stimpack.
Rich in vitamin B₆.

Jar of Fuzzy Pickles: Replaces Medikit.
These ones are thankfully easy to open.

Green Pants: Replaces Green Armor.
Somewhat comfy protection.

Blue Shorts: Replaces Blue Armor.
Comfy and easy to wear protection.

Saucesphere: Replaces Soulsphere.
Absolutely delicious. Heals 100 points at a time, up to 300.

Shimapansphere: Replaces Megasphere.
The power of pantsu grants you strength. Gives max health and armor.

Blurrysphere: Replaces Blursphere.
Makes you hard to see. Other than that it's just a cosmetic replacement because I ran out of ideas.

Brightsphere: Replaces Light Amplification Visor.
A floating companion to light the way. Less intrusive than the all-brightening original.

Cowboy Hat: Replaces Berserk and Invulnerability.
For 100 seconds, regenerates health, reduces damage and greatly boosts the power of most weapons. Are you big enough?

Note: Picking up more of these will add to the duration, rather than resetting it to 100.

Unlocks the hidden potential within your very soul, allowing you to perform additional special attacks with your weapons.

11/10 for titlemap, 12/10 for shotgun, absolutely deserves the mockaward.
Really liked the abort button too lol.

(maybe create our own awards since DW guys don't understand shit about trash-art mods, as it's not possible to create one using PrBoom?)

Without a doubt this editorial monstrosity created of code, graphics, sounds and other such resources composed into a singular composite file able to be run by a game engine known so as a "Mod" is the best, most enthralling of them all - even besting the likes of other so-called popular mods within the community of the video game Doom and its vast array of descendant modifications of the original engine created for the purpose of porting it to other platforms such as "NATO Code OR-6, Senior to Corporal and Junior to Warrant Officer Marcus' The Barbaric, Savagely Violent, Vicious, Ruthless, or Otherwise Cruel Doom", "Evil Spirit Artificial Metal Produced from Eyeron[sic]" and perhaps even the most legendary Mod upon all of the community surrounding aforementioned game, the masterpiece "WOOO 2." I must say, dear sir or madame Marisa Kirisame, that you have created a magnificent work truly worthy of praise yet at no cost to others, providing an experience like no other that shall be remembered by all, time immemorial. A round of applause for this good author of questionable magical ability.

I may so add to my critical assessment of this Mod that of the 10 various objects selectable with the in-game slot keys internally (though at times incorrectly) referred to as Weapons that the one I find most to my liking happens to be the "Haunted Astolfo Bean Plushie[sic]" modeled after real life haunted bean plush of the character Astolfo, found in Fate/Grand Order and Fate/Apocrypha as the "Rider of Black" as it is within my opinion the most accurate to life recreation of such a haunted plush toy created within a derivation of the Doom engine to date. It is quite an accomplishment to have gone through such an impressive feat of recreating the specifics of haunted plush mechanics, and I sincerely commend you for your efforts.

An excellent work of sheer art, and I hope you the best of luck within the upcoming awards ceremony held over a yearly schedule for other such works of art within the Doom engine and its vast array of derivatives.

also can you add reloading to the guns, for me it is more immersion and makes a better impression of doom :)
