Also, how do I bind keys for the weapons secondary modes? Like the Assault Rifle's plasma launcher or the Venom Gun's full throttle mode?

Search for "Customize Controls", in the options section. Look at the very end; It should have all ya need.

v3.0 IS FINALLY HERE

I was gonna call it 3.0 beta but I just decided to call it 3.0 considering how long this update took (and how much I worked on it) (and the silly dev not really knowing how to label versions). Anyways, this will not be the final version because I will definitely keep updating this mod and add more stuff, such as the remaining heavy weapon counterparts for regular weapons.

Oh yes.I don't even need to read through the changelog, because it's not the most important thing. Surprise me! One of my favourites just got a major update and that's good enough for me.

Thank you so much for releasing this version; but I had 2 problems.
1. The harder difficulties some to reduce monster health instead of increasing it.
2. The railgun doesn't show any indication that it uses 3 plasma energy per shot.

Indeed. I was eventually thinking of adding a female character to Doom Incarnate eventually and thought Rayne was a perfect choice, considering she's pretty good at slaughtering Nazis like BJ and she hasn't been relevant for a while (her last main title was released 16 years ago), thought I would give this character a much-needed spotlight.

Not really, I dunno why but the mod doesn't register the old HUD. But I'm eventually thinking of replacing the old HUD anyways, with two separate HUDs for each character (RtCW style for BJ and BR1 style for Rayne).

Also, for some reason you get infinite grenades when dual wielding.

Small bug report. I was playing The Master Levels and found the Black Rose revolver. Nice! Then i found another one, entered dual wield and discovered you can always reload the left one, even when full on ammo and it takes 2 (two) units of revolver ammo.

P.S.: Any particular reason why you swapped the Magnum for the Black Rose? I like both, just asking. =)

EDIT: Bloodrayne is just Awesome.
