i remember i replaced voices for enemies with replica from fear and armacham from fear 2,worked out well(shotgun girl stayed the same sadly)

Yeah, i'm considering adding more voice clips from other games for the addon. But again, i still take volunteers but i hope the quality is moderate like Soulpillar's and Kinsie's.

Oh my!
I completely forgot about this mod, which is a shame, because this is one of the first mods I have ever played.
I still really like it for it's unique style and inventory mechanics. The guns also felt great to use!

It's extra nice to hear that it's getting an update!
Those new guns look very interesting. I wonder what those classified guns are. :shock:
I also kinda liked the gold design of the burst pistol. It made it look like a show-off gun, but the normal one looks great too!
And about that yellow rifle, that sprite looks interesting. I assume that's a reloading frame, right? Unless it's supposed to be "gangster" wielded.

Anyways, it's great to hear about this mod again.
I'll have to play it again to refresh some of my memories. :D

The first mod you ever played was Netronian Chaos?? Well, how about that! That's very nice. Glad you enjoyed my mod and going to enjoy again. It's surprising that people still remember my mod and this means a lot.

And about the weapon sprites, i had to change the burst pistol's sprite because it's way too much alien and uncanny to the style i'm aiming on. And nah, you don't reload that scoped gun in gangsta style. I just put it like that because the canvas had no space.

Not the first, but one of the first ones. That doesn't change the fact that I still like this mod a lot.

Though now that I have played it again for a while, I have a small suggestion:
Could the "automatic" reloading be optional?
Sometimes I just spray n' pray with the automatic weapons and then I'm caught having to reload, just because I held the fire button for a bit too long.

Ah, i get it now. But i still appreciate that you played my mod along with presumably awesome mods. And thanks so much for the feedback! I will consider adding another option in the update then.

Hey, those weapon prototypes are looking sexy!

Is there a chance of getting some Unique weapons perhaps, which might spawn from tougher enemies at a random/rare rate. I think it might give some variety, but it is just a thought.

Unique weapons are unique for obvious reason: you don't get them frequently. But i might consider making bosses drop some kind of box that drops random unique weapon.

Netronian Chaos in 3D, you say? Oh yeah that sounds really amazing! But unfortunately i haven't model something and not really good at it. 2D graphics are my major, really. But again if you want, be my guest!

Anyway here's the WIP so far:

It's a Lever-Action Grenade Launcher! It uses 40mm Cryo Rounds and it fires several weak explosive particles that can be destructive in close range.

Eilidh would spin the gun to reload like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his golden times, but something fun might happen later!

Thought it'd be a shotgun for a second, but here we are in the future of obvious spin cocking without the risks of breaking hands! I wonder if the grenade launcher's altfire would be dragon's breath rounds but instead of fire, it's an ice shot (like a freezethrower blast).

This actually sounds really nice.

Question, do you recommend some special mappacks to play Netronian Chaos?. I enjoyed playing it with the Japanese community project, but I couldn't finish the first Scythe with the mod because the insane difficult of map 30 :(
