'Tis an honour to be part of the team. A lot of fun was had, and a lot of sleep was not had as well, but at the end of the day I'm really happy with the results. Worth every second. May you enjoy playing the mod as much as we enjoyed making it. :)
And don't forget to report them bugs! Most have been squashed, but there are always ninjas in the code.
Heretic is indeed supported, though the Tome of Power is missing some functionality. Outside of that and Doom, use at your own risk. I have no interest in making it Hexen or Strife compatible.
Update time is here again. Nothing major this time; just bugfixes and tweaks.

Gameplay -Enchantment mode being activatable without an Enchantment Rune bug fixed. -Movement tweaks -Bullet amount lowered and Missile Amount raised
Weapons -Fireball, Main and Alt, max damage radius increased. -Immolation damage buffed slightly -Immolation does damage based on distance. Still does near nothing to bosses. -Immolation now has NODAMAGETHRUST. Won't push Cacos away anymore. -Slot 3 Belial flak bounce count decreased. -Slot 3 Belial flak gravity decreased. -Slot 4 Azazel mode switching slightly faster. -Slot 4 Azazel Bullet Mode Normal fire explosive damage and radius decreased. -Slot 4 Azazel Missile Mode Normal missile speed increased -Slot 5 M202 Main Fire napalm area and duration massively increased. -Slot 5 M202 Main Fire napalm damage greatly decreased.
Misc. -Keys now appear properly on the HUD in Heretic. -Displays 5 as max level properly.
Gameplay -Spell system completely remade! Now, Fire casts the spell in your left hand, and Alt-Fire casts the spell in your right. Zoom switches the spell in your left hand; Reload the right. Think Skyrim. -New class of Magic added: Necromancy. These spells are much more indirect and support focused. --Shield - Start with, drains Mana to raise Damage Reduction --Corpse Blast - Spawns over RL and Fireball, burst a corpse to give yourself 2x damage for 5 seconds. Duration stacks. --Summon Hydra - Spawns over Immolation. Summon a Hydra. The Hydra throws Baron Ball and rarely Fireballs. Doesn't move. --Soul Clone - Spawns over BFG. Summon a clone of yourself. Can use all your spells. -New Spell added: Meteor. Spawns over BFG. Call down a meteor to do tons of damage. -Boost Mode re-enabled. Press WeaponState1 to toggle. Make sure you map this key! -Bruiser Sphere removed for now.
Weapons -Claw Rock Throw now scales with Melee Rune. -Baron Ball Boost added: Higher rate of fire and homing balls. -Fireball Spell Strike VFX updated. -Fireball reworked: Now you can hold down the fire button to charge it up. At max charge, it covers a huge area and can even damage BOSSes. -Fireball Boost added: Shoots a max charge Fireball that spits homing Baron Balls -Immolation range lowered. -Immolation Boost added. Fires a single firewave. -Slot 3 Belial Flak Cannon flak shard do damage based on their velocity. Closer you are, more damage you do. -Slot 3 Belial Flak Cannon flak shard count reduced. -Slot 3 Belial Flak Cannon kickback reduced. -Slot 4 Azazel Magic Mode can no longer engage Auto Lock. -Slot 4 Azazel Bullet Mode normal fire accuracy increased. -Slot 4 Azazel Flak Mode flak shard count reduced. -Slot 5 M202 Napalm hurts you. -Slot 6 Type 99 Spread mechanics tweaked. -Slot 6 Type 99 Enchanted Mode fire spread mechanics altered.
Sounds -Footsteps get faster as you pick up speed for trample. -New Usefail sound! -Some new sounds added.
Misc. -HUD now displays spells owned. -Various HUD tweaks. -Lots and lots of bugfixes
Uhh...Don't really know what to say about this one. Just remember to bind Weapon State 1 in your controls to use Boost Power. The rest of the Changelog is pretty self explanatory.

E: forgot that the chaos device is no longer replaced; its needed in e2m4 of Heretic to get to the secret.
Also, boosted corpse blast always used to give health prior to the hotfix, but now it's 5% of the monster's max health before it died. The hotfix mostly addresses some leftover debugging stuff and a missing HUD element.
This is a big and evil demon. Therefore high position of the camera and inert control. But the usual dynamics of the Doom game is missing. Personally, I have these things cause irritation. Nothing prevents to imagine that this is little baby demon. And make standard gameplay for the better feeling, imo.
I find it hard to imagine that a little baby demon would cast down meteors, fireballs, light shit on fire, and summon entities from another dimension. The whole point of the mod is to play as a big and evil demon and everything revolves around that. If you find that irritating then I'm afraid this is the wrong "play as a monster" mod for you. You might want to play IMPatience in that case. Usual dynamics of the Doom game is absolutely not what this mod is all about.
