even though this would be impractical to make it compatible with most classic mods already converted to ecwolf but I think an exception should be the second encounter conversion. I think this would work well with that.

I fixed two frames of the MP40.Don't know if you fixed these yet,anyway.

is it's ECWolf's fault that Episode 2 and 3 doesn't end properly after killing Schabbs and Hitler? after the deathcam, the game resumes control of B.J. and i can't do anything about it.

regardless of that, i've had fun playing through the first 3 episodes with this. just that it felt a bit annoying the episodes wouldn't end properly for me.

Sounds like a special action error in the mapinfo. Or possibly the decorate replacements don't call a_bossdeath

Ah,and the music in episode 2 and 5 is wrong;"Pounding Headache" should play in levels E2M4,E2M8,E5M4 and E5M8,while "Going after Hitler" in E2M3,E2M7,E5M3 and E5M7.

oh yeah, and about the music. they're all in OPUS format, but none of them loop properly. it seems like the remastering progress forgot to cut all the songs to loop properly, and instead made it leave the tail of the song, which is a delay by anything from 1-2 seconds to 10 seconds with Going After Hitler. i could cut all the songs to loop myself, but i'm unsure what software is used to make OPUS files, and if rendering loopable cuts and then rendering those loops into OPUS would degrade the quality even further.

Are you still using Beta 1? I thought I fixed that bug in Beta 2.

oops, i didn't have the latest version? well crap, now i feel stupid. Dx the changelog doesn't list the music fixes, but i assume that'll be changed in the future, then?

Well done mod, had some fun with it on my Android (though i did had to alter the mapinfo to get rid of the crashes, with no ceiling and floors as the price. Ah well, that's what old and outdated versions do to it i guess).

Just had to create an account to tell you, this is an awesome mod. It has me playing through Wolf3D again, which is something I haven't done for 25 or so years. Wow. It's still fun, but thank god ECWolf has a mini-map. Everything in your mod fits together, and doesn't change the 'mood' of the game at all. Floor and ceiling textures are fantastic!

I did mean ECWolf,instantly after submitting the post. I had to wait, consumed by panic, until it was approved before I could edit the correction. I'm on with the crisis line right now. Thank goodness this whole ordeal is over. To all those wondering, by the way, it seems this mod doesn't work with the latest ECWolf. You must download 1.3.2 to get it working. You can get it at:

I've been dying to try this mod but, everytime I boot up the game the the mod, when I click 'New Game' and start the game just crashes before I can even begin to play. Any suggestions? :cry:
