D4D - Announcement in 1st post (Jan 4th 2017)

Projects that alter game functions but do not include new maps belong here.
Forum rules
The Projects forums are only for projects. If you are asking questions about a project, either find that project's thread, or start a thread in the General section instead.

Got a cool project idea but nothing else? Put it in the project ideas thread instead!

Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.

Please read the full rules for more details.

I'm still testing out the colors, maybe I'll darken the brown parts a bit more and make them a bit more grey'ish, but the brown parts are definitely where they should be:

Amazing work, I wonder if it is better keeping both pistols or the Mark V replacing the normal one.

Ok, I darkened the brown parts and made them a bit more grey'ish and made the chamber core more orange.

Wrong thread, but "Nest Burglar Edition" is the version where gore nests (and skull keys that were trapped inside of them) were introduced in the D4D HF addon.
I like to give the different versions amusing, memorable names.
"Cloak and Dagger" is the version that introduced a partial invisibility suit upgrade and a sword weapon, for example.

It was on the main post which is why I was asking, and I gotcha. I thought it was a reference to the Cuckoo Bird, which that term gets its name from. Seems like a misunderstanding/over-analyzation.

Ah, I see it now. I didn't know we had a link for it in the main post. ^^

Thread split. Hopefully I(or somebody else) doesn't have to split it again so soon.

Well, now that was something. If the creator can't do something what they want for a reason, they can't. Because of... Well, reason. Officially.

Now it looks fine. Also i have been thinking, i'd like to see it has much darker shadings. Like what Neccronixis' sprite has!

Got a suggestion; is it possible to make corpses destructible (ala Quake II)? Would come in handy in gathering the Carrion tokens.

I second this request. 'cause I've been gambling myself on SSG and RPG

Why don't you do it yourself?

Kidding aside, would destroying corpses negate the Archvile's resurrection, though? D4D Archvile's fire attack is - thankfully, in my opinion - nowhere near as deadly as its vanilla counterpart, so to give the player the ability to prevent monster resurrection would make the monster virtually toothless.
