Re: Combined_Arms v2.3: Reloaded edition! (last post here 4-18-23)

Projects that alter game functions but do not include new maps belong here.
Forum rules
The Projects forums are only for projects. If you are asking questions about a project, either find that project's thread, or start a thread in the General section instead.

Got a cool project idea but nothing else? Put it in the project ideas thread instead!

Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.

Please read the full rules for more details.

The file you can download at the top of the first post is a .pk3 file.

A pk3 is just a renamed zip file.

Sorry to sound dumb, but by older version of GZDoom, do you mean using one of the 'stable' releases rather than the devbuilds?

Last time I tried, it worked fine in GZDoom. I don't know where you got that idea.
[edit] Ran fine on my current install of 3.4.1. Probably won't have problems on 3.5.

He got the idea from not even waiting FIVE MINUTES between the update finishing uploading and giving into the intense urge to mash the Reply button as hard as he could. Why even try downloading or playing the thing before inflating his post count?

This updates real neato, I like it a lot. You dialed up the crazyness too a perfect amount. Really improved on the crate system and I like that the snes-y video game themeing was further expanded with a better hud and new Item sprites. Mod feels a lot more complete now although it was still fun before

Anyway to be slightly more useful, small bug report. tho its kind of a small edge case maybe not worth reporting. If your in the process of firing .100% tactical pistol then grab another BFG-Tier weapon the firing sound loops endlessly until you go pick up the .100 and fire it again then properly end the firing.
