Spoiler: feedback responseThanks J, 'ppreciate it~
Spikebomb's collision size -It is admitedly a bit fat, but it shouldn't go through every hole. I checked and I did in fact slim its hitbox down a little, it seems. It's around rocket's size now.
Double Bitchmakers -I think Bitchmaker is good as-is. Making it dual-wielded would make it either too good to use anything else or not worth using at all, depending on how I'd handle reloading here.
Macheterang VM abort -I think I know what happened here. I'll dispense a fix and pray tell I've guessed right.
Ironsighting -I added a delay in ironsight switching a while back, so that shouldn't be a problem now either.
Tab spitting regulation -He be smokin'. You can't stop nor slow down the smokin'. I'll see about it but no promises~
Powerup notification -When you get the powerup, you get an "Nicotine rush!" text whenever it activates and they are color-coded to each powerup. I guess colorblind people might have it worse, but... Not sure if I wanna touch this area. Adding powerup names would require adding tweaks to HUD that'd either end up annoying to handle in a decent way or rewriting it in zs altogether. I know for sure Talon1024 did the hard work for me, but I'd rather be able to edit the HUD there on my own since I wasn't able to make dime or dozen out of it. GC getting a zs-based one is an exception where it was simply a necessity to do. I'll maybe add subtext to nicotine rush message signifying the powerup received and call it a day.
Crouch sprites -Would be nice, but I kinda grew wiser (aka - lazier) with where I wanna pick my fights with the effort involved. I'll politely pass, unless someone would do decent frames for that instead, I am willingful to add such~
Some... bug? -That is... what. I think I need a video illustrating that glitch or a better description, cause I can't reproduce nor tell what the hell is even going on in that picture.
Dash sensitivity -You can change the sensitivity by tweaking dash timer, you even hover over it in that screenshot there. Turn it down to like 3-4 tics if it's too sensitive for you (0 to turn it off completely as a safety measure). And the problem with showing a dash cooldown is that I'd have to turn it into an inventory item, plus if it'd be a bar, I'd have to set it pretty high and it would look weird if it was only filling up partially due to low amount vs total amount.
Help I'm shooting walls -The weapons are offsetted to the side, so making them come out of their respective barrels dictated offsetting the projectile origin too. I could mitigate it by making the guns fire from the center, but people will start pointing out that's wrong instead. The best of both worlds would be to make it magically offset itself from the wall whenever you're too close, but that's beyond my experience. Plus I'd have to probably sit down on implementation with all the craziness going in that mod.
Reload Interruption -Nothing I can do about it, given the nature of that feature. Once you switch the weapon, I'd have to check for it in some shape and make the clips remove themselves and that'd probably introduce more weird situations and bugs for me. Plus people would start pointing out "why the mags are suddenly disappearing when I do that?" somewhere down the line.
Turning colts into scrap -I've been experimenting with that idea with the newest weapon and added it in colts too. Something however didn't sit right with me there so I resigned from that idea. I don't remember what by now, but if I did that and I recall doing it - it means I had a pretty damn good reason to do so. Plus I'm pretty sure I had some weird behavior in multi with the Conqueror either, so will need some further investigating.
It's same problem in TUTNT btw; I am yet to fix that cause... well, it is a bug, but I am not responsible for that and find it funny enough to leave as-is. I might still change my mind now though, given this happened in two wads now.Talon1024 wrote:That's because the raindrop sprites in Eviternity and the Fleshrend shotgun sprites in Trailblazer use the same prefix (RNDR).
