Johnny, ive edited the settings, and created a new zdoom.ini file, but the enemy health bars still arent appearing for me.

BTW, any critique would be nice; as far as i'm concerned that sprite is as close as its gonna get to the original without making it boring. also working on the knife sprites, will post in a bit.

Critique... well, the problem I have with it is that it looks very hand-drawn, more like concept art than an actual sprite. Maybe because of the shading?

Yeah, I think it needs another pass to clean up the lines and stylize it a bit more. I can't really pinpoint any one thing in particular, though, I'm not sure what it is.

Cleaned lines, mostly matched pallete (i refuse to add that ugly ass green tinge.) refined shape.

That looks great! the only thing I think you should still add is the bolt handle on the side.

You know what I want for Christmas? The ability to shoot airborne grenades. Happy chaos times for all!

Also, the SSG could do with beefier sounds. Pump shotty's way louder and that just seems wrong.

Nice stuff, only 2 things I have to suggest. The Reload sprites for the glock could use some tweaking, and the muzzle flash on the Assault Rifle ADS sprites could be replaced. Otherwise, I'm really liking your changes!

if you could elaborate a bit i'll see what i can do. one thing ill tell you straight up the ads sprites are here to stay, they're made to replace the brutal doom ones, but im all ears for tweaks.
