What does the Gas Mask do since there isn't any kind of hazardous environments like that in Doom?

Good point. Yeah, you didn't ever get any kind of footwear for the (admittedly, few) toxic waste sections. The mask was just for the bit(s?) where the area was unbreathable. The only footwear you got was ice-cleats. Not sure what use a mask will be for lava or slime pools. Xenoxols, is this just for visual effect for the bio-suit, or is this a new item for gas-based sections?

edit: or just put in because you can 8-)

Weapon Supercharge, recreated the original behavior of weapons:

And you can see in the upper left corner of the battery - it HeadLight.
I have a question for you - what use do ice cleats? I can try to recreate the original item is, but it is simply nowhere DOOM use ... (at least in the usual vanilla maps).

Some Hexen levels use ice effects, and any sector can be given ice-style physics using Sector_SetFriction.

Not sure an inventory item can be used to manipulate that though. It wouldn't be much use in Vanilla maps of course - imagine finding a secret that would normally contain a powerup in vanilla and instead getting these useless boots... Maybe add it in anyway, as a custom inventory, so users can add it to their maps in a relevant way.

Heretic and Hexen have ice in their maps, but there isn't a whole lot of it.

BackPack - Your Gear
Berserk - Weapon SuperCharge
Infrared - Infrared goggles
Radiation Suit - GasMask
(but it's not exactly more)
