Those flames on his hands look too small... They should be twice that size to match the hand size of what it would be for a creature that big.

Sweet, looks awesome! How are you going to be handling the alpha testing?
I have one suggestion: make the fired projectiles slightly smaller. I think the pistol shots should be about the size of the afrit's fireball from hexen.

wait a second, what's wrong with the color on the gun in this image? It has red splotches on the horns and such.
I hope you didn't palette the HUD sprites since even the software renderer supports truecolor weapons.
EDIT: Come to think of it, these screenshots are kind of low quality. And ugh, I hate texture filtering.

Hello. I like this bruiser idea. Very orange and horny (you know what I mean). So here you go:
EDIT: Actually on a second note it's too bright and too little frames to produce a nice fire effect. Reworking.
