They used to work by just loading the tauntpack file after Nazis, but after some changes Ed made, I believe most of them are now available in the Options menu. Taunts happen automatically while reloading, firing, or throwing grenades (on certain voices only).

Well, I don't really see anything relating to them in the options menu - where is it I should be looking?

If you're not using a GitHub development build, then the tauntpacks will work automatically when they're loaded after the mod, and there is no menu option relating to them.

If you ARE using a GitHub development build, then they should be in the WW-Nazis Options menu, but I can't remember if that's at the top or bottom of the Options section.

Ah, I see. I'd ask if they were multiplayer-exclusive, but I've checked that, and it appears they're not. Also it appears I'd been loading the WADs wrong, so that's why I didn't hear them the first time.

there is some wad that resembles the Medal of Honor 1? It would be very cool with your Mod ... I have a project to redo the first maps of MofH1, let's see if goes from right because this will be my first serious project ... great mod

This wad is very good ... but I decided to create my few levels adapting to the Nazis, the beta version of the first level is already available in total are three and only missing the last

Hey, um, I know your project requires ww-nazis to work, but could you start your own thread for it?

Also, do you know that your music is ~40 MB per song because it's completely uncompressed? I advise compressing it into OGG; that will reduce the size of your download by A LOT.
