The Weapons sound cool, but what about the monsters we will be using them on. Will they be upgraded versions of the original Doom 2 monsters, or something different like the video? (

All the monsters will be different from the ones in Doom 2. Most of the monsters sprites will be from realm667 bestiary, but their behavior and attacks will be different, my plan is to give them like 2 or 3 different attack moves and increased speed and aggressiveness, this way each individual monster is more deadly than the ones in vanilla Doom.

Hehehe... Most of the weapons are still concepts, so changes can happen. After watching Robocop again, I'm reconsidering the idea of an auto-cannon... :wink:

I'm not dead folks, I've been working on the mod these past months, especially giving the weapons that you saw in the video a new graphical revamp, with more detail and better animations... I hope. (Still not new weapons being made, sorry :( )

I will post a new video when I finish these guns.

EDIT: Uploaded new screenshots of the new weapon graphics in the first post. Just to show you a little glimpse of them :wink:

Nope - my own WWHC-Diaz was given only a sidebar mention in the 2008 Cacowards. So unless Project MSX is awesome enough to seriously get peoples' attention, I don't foresee a proper cacoward.
