Hooray, time for more beta-testing! Er, I mean, fun gaming stuff. I'm currently playing the hell out of this mod, lol.
EDIT: I spawned a new page. ARGH!

BTW, the Wiki page hasn't been updated in ages, so it's missing some important changes. I've noted anything of significance in my previous posts though.

No idea what your stance is on MP3s or easter eggs, but I nominate this as a (somewhat thematic) musical easter egg:

Photonic Shotgun.Going to rename it, just not sure what yet. Blast Cannon would be an obvious choice, but it's taken.

Sounds awfully Star Trekkie. Besides, the new behavior doesn't suit the shotgun motif anymore.Project Dark Fox wrote:Photonic Shotgun.
Changes for 5.7
Generators now take more damage from the fusion cutter.
EWeb 2 crews will attack at any range once they've been attacked.

Re: Star Wars: Chibi Rebellion 5.6
Shamelessly ripped from the late MMORPG Richard Garriot's Tabula Rasa, actually (as it was literally a laser-based shotgun that used energy cells), but I guess I missed the memo on its behavior changing.LilWhiteMouse wrote:Sounds awfully Star Trekkie.

LilWhiteMouse wrote:Doubled the range of the Scatterblaster (again?) to make it more effective. It's to compensate for the lack of a "powerful" weapon. Might tweak it's behavior even more, not sure yet. My idea is have it as a charged weapon. The longer you hold the fire button, the more focused the blast will be. Just tap the trigger, and it fires in a wider shotgun burst. Hold it down long enough, and it fires a concentrated shot. Opinions?
[EDIT2]
Gave the Scatterblaster unlimited range like the other weapons. Went with the charge behavior, and a wider spread when you just tap the trigger. Most of the time, you can pick off turbo laser turrets at range with a single fully charged shot.

The Bounty system is a little funky. All you have to do is shoot a specific type and you get to claim your prize. Well, I got the Imperial snow trooper. Every single one I killed was worth a Bounty credit.
