[WIP] Maximum doom in one (update: first doom2 side hub map)

This is just maximum doom but assembled into a modern map compilation like compendium.

changes from regular maximum doom:
- a massive hub map with exits to every maximum doom wad
- sound/sprite replacements were removed for playability with gameplay mods
- exits added to maps that didn't have them
- all textures converted to png and ran through png-opt
- all maps had their reject & blockmap removed for further optimization

but do note: the only thing modern here is the presentation, the maps themselves are mostly the same ones from 1994/95.
the hub has a readme area for further info.

some of the wads didn't make it, here they are and why

doom 1:

goregsnd.wad is just sound replacements
rmh19.wad has the exact same maps as rmh.wad but different demos

doom 2 (so far):

beav-but.wad is just sounds (from beavis and butthead)
blastem1.wad is just e1m9 from doom1 but without enemies or coop starts
doom142.wad is the first three episodes from doom 1 converted to doom 2, unedited
(except for doom1 textures replaced with doom2 ones by the converter)
this wouldn't be allowed on idgames so i didn't include it here either

oh, and this is 100% compatible with zandronum, but ive noticed it loads slowly (probably because of how many maps there are),
so i mainly tested it with gzdoom

^i'll release a new version when i finish a hub map, each one contains roughly a thousand maps

addon: doom1 textures in doom2:

^add-on for the doom2 side, this is a texture pack containing the doom1 textures that doom 2 is missing
(it's from realm667, but i converted it to png, optimized it and added sp_dude6 which was missing)
some of the maps in the doom2 side are converted from doom 1 but some of them still use doom 1 textures
(the converter came with a wad that adds the doom1 textures), resulting in missing textures; zdoom will play
the maps just fine but the missing textures will turn into checkerboards, load this wad if you don't want that to happen

^i didnt make a hub map since there aren't that many heretic wads,
instead each wad is selectable as its own "episode"

Nice job man! This is very cool for lads like me who somehow enjoy shoveling through the endless amounts of crap salads you get with a click of the random button on /idgames.

So many memories... does anybody know the name of the song on demon.wad? I've never found it... :(
