[RELEASED] Spawn 2: Descent of Canopus V1.1

Here's my latest project, my first GZDoom-based project in nine years, and the follow-up to my DOOM 2 HUB project, Spawn. Called Spawn 2: Descent of Canopus, there are six levels, including one secret level this time around. I've mostly ditched the metal music in favor of electro-industrial, which I found to be more fitting due to the setting this time around being in deep space instead of on a remote planet. Here are some screenshots for your viewing:














Yeah, I forgot to turn off the crosshair, but I can't be bothered doing the screenshots all over again, lol.

This project is very close to completion! I will soon be needing beta testers to help sort out bug detection as well as difficulty and general gameplay feedback. Let me know if anyone is keen to help out. Cheers!

Hi ..I would love to test it ..I play on 6 different smartphones atm with Delta touch and can give you a good idea if and how the map works in this port

OK, not sure how it would run on Delta Touch as it is a bit more resource intensive than most DOOM wads.

Just wanted to comment and say this is pretty awesome so far (I've made it through the first level).
I was not expecting so much stuff to be added, even stuff like custom settings menus and objectives.

Just fixed a bug where the player could get stuck inside a secret room, as well as replace the random red card spawn system with a standard fixed one, due to the game sometimes failing to spawn the red keycard at all. Updated file is available both on MODDB and my website.
