Onslaught Reloaded

Decided to make a reloaded version of my 2012 released Onslaught wad, 19 maps in total now. At least 10 new maps & 10 old, but i'll see if i can make more. Also i'll fix some bugs, textures & items in the older 10 maps.

Yes, doing some small remastering here & there. Mostly focusing on new maps though, right now editing map 19.

Just got finished with map and I gotta say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I haven't yet got this far in your original Onslaught so I can't make the comparison, but I like how your in the action right from the start, you got just a second or two to move or you're gonna take some damage. Maybe the map had 1 or 2 less medkits it'd be an extra challenge, but I found I needed each one hehe. The fight with the Spider Mastermind seemed a bit easy then again if the obstruction wasn't there I would've been slaughtered quickly. I think it could use maybe another secret or two but other than that, great job. Loved this map :D

Hey Malcolm1st, I'm probably asking this in the wrong place, but in your idgames link to your levels (thanks for putting that link in the OP btw), there's a map based on Doom 64 TC. Would there be a way to play it WITHOUT Absolution, since its pretty dated? I'm not trying shit on Kaiser's work, he did an amazing job, it's just it was made almost 20 years ago and might not run well on modern hardware.

Hi. those 2 maps Temple Ruins & Temple Grounds are for absolution only because they use doom 64 textures & some of absolution's custom sprites.
I might do some kind of remake of them at some point. Actually a remake of both for Onslaught Reloaded, with doom 2 textures could be an idea.

Beautifully detailed, especially for using the older textures. I'm looking forward to more of this.

Also soon releasing new demo map Temple Grounds, it just needs some finishing.
