v1.1 release!

- bug fixes
- Additions to Sage dialogue for clarification (what to do with gems, where to go after defeating Frigid Outskirts EX boss).
- Hotfix for Frigid Outskirts EX boss in case it somehow manages to fall into the lava pit.
- Precache assets used by sanity effect to prevent stutter the first time a player takes sanity damage.
- Reduced sanity effect strength a bit and tweaked sanity damages.
- prevent sequence breaking & softlocking
