Won't work. First, maps don't have slots, second I think a conversion might be in order. For this challenge what you suggested will not work. Like I said, it's too chaotic. If the rules were more strict it'd be a different thing.

Here my map.Uses 3D floors,inclinate planes,lights and even a swimmable area.
Is not really hard,but at Ultra-violence you have less stimpacks,ammo and weapons.

Oooh, I just noticed this thread. Is it too late to jump in? I've got something that runs in Zdoom (Doom2) but it won't take too much time to change that to Hexen Format.

I started this like 5 days ago completely by coincidence just as an exercise in vanilla mapping. Only custom textures are two consoles and the sky. Is this permissable?

Sure. The deadline's at least a week from now, so there's plenty of time.

Also, the Doom 2 format is good, too.

Last friggin' time I'm updating the allowed formats list to allow anything that'll run on (G)ZDoom. Boom, Doom 2, UDMF, Hexen, etc., etc., it doesn't matter.

A map made in less than 24 hours, it's surprising how easy it is to keep going once you have an idea.
And I will never cease to be surprised how other people, with the same guidelines, can produce things that make me feel bad about what I made. At least it was fun making!

Lol, that was a joke, not trolling. In case you didn't know, the earliest ztkt's maps (which he was uploading on DW) were basically just square rooms filled with thousands of cyberdemons. I was just parodying that.

I'm gonna try to make a serious map for this project (already started actually), so don't count this map as an attempt.

By the way, will this challenge be released as a community project, or are we just competing for the best map?
