Are you running btsx-e1.wad by itself, or are you loading another wad on top of it that has a PLAYPAL replacement? Can you show a screenshot?

Just running in a .bat file:

gzdoom.exe -iwad doom.wad -file btsx_e1a.wad -file btsx_e1b.wad -deh btsex_e1.deh

I can not show you a screen now, I'm at work :P

But instead of seeing the textures, I see a gray and white grid everywhere.

Well, for starters, Back to Saturn X E1 is a Doom 2 WAD, not an Ultimate Doom WAD.

Sorry! It was a typo error.
I'm using doom2.wad.

What I'm noticing is that if I use version 0.99 with only 1 wad it works fine.
I think something is wrong on the command line ....

I'm not certain, but I think you can leave off the second -file command and instead do it like this:

gzdoom.exe -iwad doom2.wad -file btsx_e1a.wad btsx_e1b.wad

I'd also leave out the dehacked file, since it's only necessary for vanilla and ports that don't read mapinfo or the embedded BEX patch.

Hope this helps!

Try also adding -noautoload (just in case). Could also learn a lot from a screenshot, though, I think.

You can also try just loading the zip file instead.
