So is this v1.1 or simply an updated resource wad?

It's nothing you haven't seen before.

OK, I downloaded this off of the KDIZD website today...

http://kdizd.drdteam.org/

It's pretty cool, but I hear that there's supposed to be some new music or something?

I'm playing this with Doom1.wad as the iwad. I played it with doom2.wad at first on accident and it didn't even start playing E1M1 or should I say Z1M1 music. Well it's just playing the original music. I'm jsut wondering, is there something else I need to download or is this it? I don't want to be missing out...

And oh yeah, should I have jump enabled? It appears that I do since there were certain parts that seem to be impossible to get to otherwise, but maybe I needed to find some secret way to get up there? Not sure though... Crouch seems to work a bit differently in this. I can't move and it takes like 2 seconds to crouch so I'm guessing I can leave that on...

Also I'm stuck on the first level!!! Heh... I got up to the part where I got the yellow key and I'm in that room. All I found in that room are some healthpacks and ammo. There seems to be nothing of importance in there. I'm really confused... I went up that elevator and jumped across the gap to that spot where there's that little computer console thing. I can't seem to find anything useful in there. I went around the map looking for more stuff to do and that seems to be it for now.

Also, heh, where can I find that rocket launcher to blast that little wall thing?

KDiZD was intended to have original music.

You are intended to jump.

Ah OK cool...

Heh I just beat the original KDITD episode for like the millionth time in one sitting on UV as always. The perfect way to spend an hour....

Now, does anyone have any hints for me on how to get past level 1 of KDIZD? heh...

There's a "seismic bomb" up there. Grab it and take it to the wall and it will blast through.

The music isn't replaced for the majority of the project. No suitable replacements were found/created.

Buzz.(Never tried it, so quality of it is unknown) Also The PSX Music works great, but try playing it with music off altogether.
