[Project] "Knee-Deep in ZDoom"

I thought I read this in the post earlier, but we are not allowed to have Hellish influence on the map until e1m8, right? I think it would be better if there is a gradual increase in the hellishness in maps until e1m8, or something? Anyway, it would help me out a lot if I could.

No there isn't. It's just an enhancement project. We're simply rebuilding the original levels using ZDOOM to make them better but there isn't to be anything 'new' in the levels.

oh and about having the names popup at the start: I think it's a doomsday thing only. I don't kow how it's done either.

i could use giests boss for my pentagram room fight. so far; fighting 2 imps and a demon dosent seem to be much of a fight... :\

I'm afraid I'm not able to work on my map anymore, because I don't have much time to work on it, and I've also run into a complete mappers block. I did finish the outdoor area and made several other parts better, though. I didn't touch the items. I'll just pass the map to whoever wants week2 on the map, so he can start early.

@mephisto - Sorry, but if I start a project, I want it to be successful and for this I need a certain amount of work or persons, without this, I could even have started on this on my own!

What's all this about "starting"? It seems to me that everybody's already hard at work on their maps...what good's a time limit if everybody starts early?

heh, I'm doin' e1m4 for 2 weeks. Yay for Torm.
Now I can be sure no other lousy mapper messes my cute map ;)
