Is your Sky Box a seperate room with a camera object inside it? Cuz it looks like a big square. o_o

@Eriance - Well, it's a GZDoom style 3D skybox, I can't do anything about it, but I think it's not that bad ;)

You didn't delete it, Torm. The modified palette is still in your first post. :) It might be a jpg, but you can recreate it.
