Sprites and Particles

Something I've been wondering about for, oh I dunno, years now I guess - at last I get round to asking.

In display options you can set blood splats to be sprites, or particles, or sprites and particles. However, you can only set bullet puffs to be sprites or particles. There is no sprites and particles option for bullet puffs. Why?

Yeah! That's probably the most illogical thing ever - why can't we see the smoke AND the debris from a wall instead of one or the other?

Enjay, ive been wondering that too (^_^) but i guess i didnt care enough.

also what about particles for rocket blasts? THAT WOULD BE AWSOME. i mean... comon, we already have particles for rocket trails, go the extra mile for the blasts too!

although.... its in jdoom. thats actually where i first was attracted to it.
