What are some good level themes?
I often build levels to a specific theme, but I am running low on ideas. Does any1 know of any good themes?

Well, as the king of specifically themed maps (hehehe), what I can say is:
Any theme is good, as long as the map really makes the most of it. If you're short on ideas, look for inspiration - other wads, other games, films, books, places etc. - and something should come up. It also helps if you have knowledge of what makes a theme come to life - the sort of locations you might see in that theme, relevant graphics, architecture, sounds (particularly ambient sounds and sound sequences) and music if you use it (although if you're big on ambient sounds it might be better to leave music out).

Some people say I have "my own theme," shown in Grind2, Dream, and Heart. If you look at any of these levels I have a lot of common ideas with sometimes "clashing" textures and areas of the map, which suits me just fine.
I also have rituals like using the exit door as a normal door that bugs a lot of people. =) Most of my maps mix technology with helltheme as well as a lot of destroyed, broken, or strewn about things.
My suggestion to you is to work on something until you develop your own method and style and stick with it. The usual themes are nice as well, but I prefer to work with something people consider to be "my theme."

I am trying to do a ChronoTrigger-type group wad, but to make it realistic, I need to put alot of detail into it. When I finish I would like to post screenshots of the game and pair it with screenshots of the level I built.
PS: the wad is really big right now and I don't think that I will be able to post it directly onto this site. If anyone would like to sponser this upcoming wad, I would appreciate it much!
