I did suggest allowing the glows to be turned on and off with a keybind.

Easier said than done. You'd need a switchable decoration for that but doing so would introduce an incompatibility because their handling has changed for 2.1.0. Besides, although the glows don't look perfect in OpenGL doesn't mean they look bad.

Well, we already have switchable use signs, so wouldn't the same incompatability apply for those?

Why exactly couldn't you just use the Doom 2 Super Shotgun? This runs on a Doom 2 IWAD, right?

No, the final version is supposed to be for Doom 1/Ultimate Doom, IIRC.

@NightmareDoom - Has something to do with copyright issues, we already talked with id-software staff about that issue and we have to stick on DOOM1 and replace DOOM2 stuff with our original work!

@Ace - No, not 16-angled, just 8-angled (although some items have now 16 angles like the Rocket Box)

Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, but that shotgun just seems off in the coloring. The furthest glove looks out of color and the stock of the gun is goofy. But I can't do any better with Doom's palette, so don't worry about it. :P

Hm... okay then, that angle of the shell box just looks like it would be from a different angle. Then again, I guess it wouldn't make sense to rotate it 45 degrees which would make it look weird.
