Ideas for "actual" Doom achievements

I'm currently working on a ZScript mod that retroactively adds in achievements to Doom. I've had this idea floating in my head since Doom 3 BFG edition came out, which has some pretty lame achievements right now. I have made a bunch of ground work to make a system for detecting events and logging them, but I am a bit pressed for ideas, so I'm coming here to curate some.

To give an idea of what I'm looking for:
- Get Barney to open the exit door in Monster Condo
- Perform the "winterfeld jump" skip on Perfect Hatred

Silly achievements are welcome, but they need to be something more known among the community. I have planned "Kill # chaingunners with the chaingun" and title it "Do the chaingun cha-cha" as a nod towards the user manual for Doom 2.

I really don't want generic stuff like
- Kill 100 imps
- Beat a level

But, I want to emphasize that this isn't a "Try my mod" or "Help me make this mod" thread, just here to curate some ideas. I want it to be a goal that every level has at least 1 unique achievement pertaining to them that isn't UV Max and making par time. I also don't want to include super rare or super difficult speedrunner achievements. While I do include here the skip jump, one just has to quick save and perform it over and over. I don't want stuff like "Beat E1M1 in 8 seconds". Greatly appreciate anyone who helps me out here!

An achievement from the Xbox 360 version of Doom 2 springs to mind. "You have huge guts." Kill a cyberdemon with your fist.

Does it have to be kill a cyberdemon from start to finish taking every hitpoint with your fists, or can you whittle it down to 1hp and give it the coup de grâce with your fists to get the achievement? Because, obviously, there would be quite a difference in difficulty between the two.

I've certainly watched an impressive, if somewhat tedious, video of someone doing the start-to-finish method (though not for an achievement, just for the sake of doing it - like gaming used to be before achievements :P ).

A good compromise would probably be making a good majority of the damage be from the fist, and to make sure the final blow is the fist. Say 50 to 75 percent of the damage may be the fist?

BFG9000 has 40 tracers iirc. Maybe something like "kill XX ammount of enemies with one pull of the trigger".
"Complete Barrels'O'Fun without destroying a single barrel", or destroying all, or maybe the former but the barrels are safe to destroy as long as the player is not the one destroying them.
"Beat the Mastermind without receiving a single hitscan attack" or "Let the Mastermind stay alive for 5 minutes before killing her for good" (assuming you can start the count from the moment the actor starts A_Chase or something like that). Or maybe both at once, let her live 5 min without receiving a single hitscan attack (from her, the other monsters should be safe since those launch projectiles).

Majority of these are definitely the ones I'd file under "do not want to do" because they're that generic. Aside from the pacifist runs, that's planned.

Tried getting an enemy to teleport in, but I think that would be too much of a hassle there, let alone getting it to damage that barrel specifically. Maybe I could make an exception for that singular barrel.

Kill a Baron with only point-blank rockets.
Complete the game without ever picking up a single weapon or ammo pickup.

That would only work in Doom/Ultimate Doom; Doom 2 and Final Doom all have the Icon of Sin which requires radius damage to kill.

Perhaps something like "reach the last room without destroying any barrel" then? I presume the mod should check if the player step on the sector or cross the linedef of the door to trigger the achievement. Once getting it, it'd be possible to blow the last barrel just fine.

get a monster to suicide

Or make a different achievement for each monster suicide since they are different difficulties

Only other vanilla method of making a demon suicide that I'm aware of is to have god mode (either from a invulnerability sphere or cheats) and stand next to an archvile and let him slowly blow himself up whenever he explodes you.

EDIT:
Nevermind, vanilla Archviles are immune to their fire blast damage.
