External OPL Synth Emulation

Hello, community!
This is my first post here.
I'm not aware of most programs/apps used or created by community members.
Atm I've been looking hard for a MIDI device for Windows to play/emulate a General MIDI Set outside of ZDoom, couldn't find any.
Short: I'm looking for a MIDI Player using GENMIDI lumps for playback.

The MIDI component for Foobar2000 has a choice of MIDI synth, among which is OPL. (Actually got a few different flavors of OPL emulation in it, I believe.)
