Gameplay Mod good progression

Hello, I'm looking for some gameplay/weapon wad with large ammout of progression/weapond upgrades etc. for playing with mega wads.
I mean wads like Lithium, Doom Incarnate, D4D or Project Brutality (because of weapon progression mechanic). So I'm looking for something, that will still have some mechanics left even at end levels.
