Should a geforce 1070 be able to maxout the new gz settings?

...at 4k? Such as bloom, ambient occlusion, lens distortion... as well as AA and AF. Was a bit disappointed that my geforce 1030 was a bit slow with all these turned off, as it's the system I use the most often. I recall my 1070 being able to get to 60fps at the bridge in frozen time, back when 2.3 was released. Also, the 1070 is in a 4690k overclocked to 4.2.

Very much depends on the map and the rest of the hardware.

Joy maps 4 is what I've been playing lately, on an i7 870 and 16gb ram.
