HELP! Login is screwed up!

OMG! I can't log on because for some reason the site thinks I'm already logged on! I go to the login screen, everything is okay, and when I hit the login button it just dumps me back to the forum index, and it does absolutely nothing, it won't even give me an error message! I sure hope somebody's not using my username! Any help?
