Samara comes to mind. It's a class based mod letting you choose who you want to be.

Ok , thanks but guncaster and trailblazer we can rule out because I've played and besides, I'm waiting for the moment to update these mods because they have a few bugs that hinder my game because I am looking for something else

I just found this yesterday, so all you Blood fans will be happy I posted this.

The project is called "ZBloody Hell" but was previously known as "Better ZBlood"

It was updated yesterday. And the page also includes a couple doom 2 maps. But I am mainly posting for the Better ZBlood mod. Something that would have otherwise gone under the radar. This mod is kinda like brutal doom for ZBlood.
