You mean the demon hand? yeah, i noticed that too. in fact, the sprites are the same of Blood's with a red Recolor.
Also, Zippo is the actual name. even in ZBlood it's called Zippo, and for me it sounds better than light flicker

The hands are at the wrong angle actually. Unless you held the gun sideways to cock it, which is kind of impractical.

And yes, someone probably used photoshop. It's not that hard.
