best _windows_ port that feels like doom2.exe

Aside from anything else I think by default it passes command line parameters that Zdoom uses and which other ports may not. eg, I don't think the -iwad parameter was in Vanilla and although it is probably in most ports, it may not be in them all.

i just played some compet-n demos in chocolate doom on default settings, seems like one of the demos desynched badly :( at least i think so, the UV Max contest winning demo isn't supposed show the player getting killed : P

i tested the aforementioned demos with "-complevel 2" parameter, they work as they should :) so i guess this is the definitive d2-compatible port.
