Yes, it's hard for people like me who don't speak english as their first language to decipher what the character is saying.

I had to turn the music down a lot, and even then, I couldn't catch all of it.

Patch with subtitles perhaps?

It isn't that short. There are a number of different routes through the game with different content and different endings. I bet you haven't seen them all yet. :)

Nice game. I ended in a scyscraper after killing Scuba and some guards. Does anyone know how many endings are there?

Also I second that subtitles suggestion.

I'm 100% American and still have trouble understanding half of what the player is saying. So consider this a "thirded".

I was lucky enough to be a playtester for this. I'm pretty sure that I suggested toggleable subtitles at some point. The voice acting certainly improved between versions (the first version I had just used placeholder voice acting) but it seems that people are still having difficulty with it. Personally, I think it's pretty clear now but then I'm a native English speaker and I've heard it a few times. That being said, I personally like subtitles and tend to turn them on in games as a matter of course anyway.

However, this doesn't stop the fact that this is a superb game with some fantastic artwork. It is a different and unusual take on Doom-based gameplay and style and a geuinely interesting and professional project.

I wonder if the Cacoward judge likes it. ;)

scuba, great great work. But if you mind to add subtitles, i will wait to play until them. I hate when i dont understand the story. If not, then i will play it anyways....
