If you pay the international fee, sure.

In playing through this, i was surprised on the homage payed to batman doom levels with the bridge level, the bus enemy fight and the train section of the level. Was this at all intentional?

After playing Final Fight again I noticed the sheer content parodied from it in Action Doom 2: the guy you can call to help you out, the way the old man has your daughter in his lap and IN a wheelchair...

It's no secret that Batman Doom had a profound impact on how I view mods. However, the similarities are really just coincidences. When I was developing AD2 I looked at Beat 'em up games and tried to copy similar themes and levels they had. I noticed that they usually had a damaged bridge level, a subway level, a street level and a final confrontation in some skyscraper which almost always included an elevator ride.

The only thing that seemed missing was enemy's dropping from the elevator roof.

I love how the Crisp was Mr. Potter from "It's a Wonderful Life". Good ole' Lionel Barrymore.

Also, was the southpaw boxing style intended or is Taggart going unorthodox?

So... Why do rocksteady and bebop have death animations for being sliced open? I don't think you can get a katana that early...
