Nice idea. I have to say that the arms look a little short on the middle one and the pose looks a bit too "jazz hands" to me (even more so than the Strife original).

He's based off of this:

As you can see, the wheels still need spikes and I'll probably not add the scythe. Might add flames that come out of an exhaust (killing anyone/anything near it) Basically he's going to be an enemy that just chases the player, and when killed a special lost soul escapes, one without flames that is like the homing Revenant missile.

Motorcycle is based off a sprite I believe user "Lolo_is_cool" made.

I used a gradient map to recolor the god-awful nuke-splosion sprites.
The GIMP gradient map, if you wish to convert more explosions/flames. EDIT: Contains a darker range now, for the case of sprites intended to be additive.
And the GIMP palette, if you wish to touch up on these sprites (I recolored the Doom-paletted ones, hence they have few colors).

Why don't you simply get the one from the original source in PNG so that there's no color loss ? When I look at the original one it still looks better :P
