His right arm does seem to be quite a bit longer than his left in that one.
Well, if you were a big ugly green mutant you would find it hard to get laid too. :P

Just out of interest why did you want Blake Stone sprites with full rotations? Making a TC?

Would that be absurdly bizarre?

Looking at the sight of the bazooka, I always had the impression that this was the correct position. And I'm also wanting to give the impression that the player carries over his shoulder.

Gameplay will also be different: Player wont be able to run when using the bazooka, and cannot storage/carry it when using other weapons. This should be a very heavy gun.

In short, is it... acceptable?

Nice thinking about the Bazooka. I think its a "get-used-to" situation.
I also love the Wolfenstein Revenant  Do you have rotations for him?
And no, i wasn't making a TC for Blake Stone. Maybe someone else does?
I think i have a temporarly urge to make rotations in general.
I dont know for how long that 'urge' will last, but for as long as it lasts,
im going to make rotations. :3:

Oh yeah, an edit:

Image
I have seen lots of strange situations, and i know this idea is not original, since many people have had discussions about this...
still.... i didnt find any Korax-rider situation (besides an Ettin riding Korax...)..... so, here we go.

It looks a lot better than the very flat and amateurish looking original from the game IMO.

@Untrustable: Nice, theres been a lot of Korax rider discussions and example sprites in the past, i doubt anyone has done as much as you have done though :P

I kinda liked the Heresiarch riding Korax idea more, but it might be a bit hard to get to work when the heresiarch is so big.
heres a quick edit Enjay did back in the days :P

Yes, i have seen the idea's on the forums. I may try the Heresiarch too one day. As i have seen, he is indeed alittle to big to fit Korax.
Might have to resize his size, but first i like to do D'Sparil.... He is kinda the easy one to mix him up with Korax.
later people can recolor him, so that it is not D'Sparil but some other wizard-dude.... ???
Enjay did a god job on this one, thats for sure.

Also, Blox my man, that is a very...very nice shading. If you dont mind i have your example stored on my PC.
It might function for my later attempts.
Anyways, good job on this one, even though you might find it not one of your best work. Its looks very good to me.

Also the Wolfenstein-Revenant has my interest too.

This looks a damn sight better than the original. Please, for the love of all that is good and decent, apply this kind of technique AT LEAST to the human enemies. People use those as a base for a lot of enemies and as is they just look so goddamn flat.
