I know you're desperate to get your hands on it.
I probably will ask someone with talent to finish it off and make it look a bit more professional, as my edits will almost certainly be a bit rough around the edges compared to what the likes of those people can do. However, I'd like to get as much of it as possible done myself before I do that.

[edit]But if it's any consolation, you made me feel guilty and I did a few sprites tonight. I got about half the attack sprites done, but there are still quite a few to go. Which idiot decided to make an asymmetrical monster with a 6 frame attack eh?

I'd show off mine, but they're either all monsters that have been released, or ones that will be soon, so I don't really fit the criteria you mentioned.

The Bone Lord looks like something that belongs in ROTT.
Is it based on a sprite from ROTT or does it just look like one of El Oscuro's skeletal henchmen?

A long time ago I've tried to remake the original demon and see what results i get, well here it is. There is the original too to compare to it.

I think it's based on a scaled down capture of the Bonelord model from Morrowind, with some pixel pushing done to clean it up.
