These will eventually get used as a checkpoint where the book is open when unsaved and closed when the player bumps into and/or uses them to saves. The page flip animation could be played randomly when open or something. There's also some misc versions for someone to add whatever they want to this and a doom and hexen variant for the tome of power version.

Ink well/quill is from some castlevania game, don't ask me which one.

EDIT:

Adapted some heretic/hexen props for use in doom. Hexen has way more dark reds than doom so new gore was added there. Keen rope used on the heretic skulls. These are the props that I feel were the almost, but not quite, ready for use in doom. There's a few other props that could also be converted, but I feel like they're a little too different in style to fit well without a lot of modification. Might take a wack at it some day but not today
