i just animated this fella, gave BD hands and a new muzzle flash(one of em from BD also)
Btw Chop, they don't use this pistol anymore since 0.11, it got replaced

Scrapped revolver sprite with full animation (except the chamber one since I was gonna animate it similar to Trailblazer's Bitchmaker)

Well, the "shines" were actually nonexistent colors in Doom palette, but the mirror effect you made is just awesome!

Works kinda. Dragon from here modified, changed texture and rendered in Blender. It will need a lot of cleaning up and some tweaks to animation, but it can work.

I've tried one more different one. This time rigged by myself so I can actually work with the rig. This is almost no postprocessing render, fixed for DooM 1x1.2 pixel aspect ration, converted to HeXen palette. I can actually finish this one even with some variants. But I want to nail the style first, so any feedback is welcome.

I have to say, I'm not convinced by it wearing a bikini but shape, size, general appearance etc look fantastic. It looks like it could be related to the Heretic imps somehow; a bigger, stronger, non-flying version.
