Could also be because it's playing too fast but I do agree, I can't figure out what I see wrong either, I guess it sort of looks bent?

It looks weird in gif form but it looks fine in game, the fingers kinda have a weird perspective but it's not super noticeable. Also, this has one extra frame because I modeled its frame off of the pistol sprites in D4D, and I assumed they were all for the same animation, but the flash frame is only used for charged shots.

Well they're already done, I just did this one because it was a newer weapon that hadn't been "converted" yet.

Speed and hand is not bad at all, but i think its hammer moves too far with short animation. Like, it's skipping the rest of animation.

RIght, but I mean, some of them could use some improvement. Not to say Neccronixis's sprites were bad, (they're some of the awesomest weapon sprites I've seen)... but some of the animation seems to be missing. For starters, the standard pistol doesn't have the cocking animation, unlike what you've done here. On top of that, this pistol is by far the most detailed I've seen of all the DOOM weapons I've seen "converted" into 2D "sprite frame" format (granted, you did use a rip you cleaned up).

P.S.: Might you happen to have a "handless" version of this weapon? :D

When I recorded the firing animation, it pretty much is that fast, the only way to accurately put in more frames is to do some motion blur, like the second frame, and it pretty much goes from open to closed. 2 of the frames I did myself, the one with the flash and the idle were rips.

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback, and I'll work on handless versions, when I ripped them I had to take the hands out of the image so I have some filling in to do for the handle.

I think the EMG animation ought to be fine in-game once some offsets are applied. I'll prolly plunk around with this myself. :D

Here are the sprites, exported from Slade so the offsets should be somewhat close to what you want.

beta iron sights/ripfire for cold heart(ice weapon), im going to give more love to plasma weapons(old sprites,effects,sounds..).
add a ruge ammount of new guns just cause unbalance, improve the old ones seem much better :D
