I wonder if it's possible to code their weapons accuracy as such that their shots NEVER hit the player, IYKWIM, hehe.
The only incompetent Stormtrooper is one who is A) not part of the 501st, aka Vader's Fist, or B) not a clone of Jango Fett.
Both of which make up 99% of the Imperial Forces.

That is true, if you watch Star Wars Episode II you will notice that the Clones there hits all the droids with precision and in Episode III they were who executed almost all Jedis in the galaxy by the order 66 of Chanceller Palpatine (or Darth Sidious in case).
The only wrong part is that they isn't 99% of Imperial Forces, the old trilogy just shows only those because the plot goes only around Luke and Vader.

TL;DR: Meh, it's just a movie.
Actually, no, the 99% part isn't wrong. There a virtually no Jango Fett clones left in the Imperial Military, so little in fact that they make up less than 1% of anything. These clones are under direct command of Darth Vader in the 501st Legion, called Vader's Fist. However, even the 501st is no longer purely Fett-based clones. Some of them are just normal humans who made their way under Vader's cloak. Non-Fett clones are poorly trained compared to the others, as they don't have Fett's resilience or sheer will to survive and fight.
There was an uprising on Kamino, where Jango based clones were made, when the Kaminoans decided to create a clone army not loyal to the Empire. The 501st was sent to destroy it, and suffered heavy casualties. The Emperor decided to start recruiting humans, and took DNA from hundreds or thousands of other humans for cloning purposes. The rarity of a Fett clone is such that most Imperial soldiers think they don't exist anymore. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who mentioned this, but I can't find the post.

So I'm not the only one with advenced imperial knowledge.
Spoiler: Off-topic
While we talk about missing enemies:
I always wondered how battledroids could miss. Especially sniper-droids: Shouldn't they be as mighty as an aimbot in a multiplayer-shooter?

Low production values? Cheap tech? Movie logic? Super Battledroids are scary as hell when you look at what they're capable of, but for some reason the Star Wars fiction doesn't portray them as the threat they really are, unless they're Droidekas or IG-100 Magnaguards.

Probably time to get back on topic, wouldn't you say?
Well to get back on topic, here's two more rotations for this guy.
