I always resize sprites for easier viewing.
And so people can't steal them as easily! Wait, no, that's stupid

Arms probably need some adjustment too.

Have them flop to the side a bit, maybe?

I suggest 6 frames minimum and 9 maximum for death animations.

Well it's six frames exactly, so it's got that going for it.

I ripped the Boltor model from Warframe with Ninja Ripper but I have no idea how to get all of the textures, normal maps, etc in there correctly so I tried to paint light on it myself and it came out... less than I had hoped.
