Those look pretty dang sweet, Thing.
Makes me think of a game called Soldat. Used to do some similar spriting for that. Mmm.

I would be grateful for that as well if you could do that! :)

Soldiers from the arcade game called, "Line of Fire."
'cause it's hard to get sprites because of scaling in-game.

Sprites: Sega

I fixed it up a little. It'll make your sprites look more 3-dimensional if ya raise the "light source" a little, and make the highlights higher and smaller. Sorry if that came across a little backwards.

thanks maz, im using it :)

btw i just got permission from fredrik to continue his sprites as part of the libre monster pack im planning, i think his shotgunguy would be very good as a new base for human enemies, you can see it below (the frame was done by fredrik, not me)

Image

he has lots of cool unfinished sprites but since new human enemies tend to be made frequently i think i should try and finish this guy first, what do you guys think?

ALL OF MY YES.

I see no MARS B, mang (although on the other hand, I DO see a possible base for the M0...).

A thing I'm doing, for reasons.

Any of the guns in particular you'd like angled?

It's really hard to not choose all of them...the Garand, AK, and AR-15 variants, maybe (wait, that's most of them)?

The thing I was doing, for reasons. I think it came out well.

I think I found an appropriate handguard length. Also, pickup sprite.

well you should get a heavy edit from the ARES Shrike weapon and convert it to the MARS B

for the M0, it's actually a sprite for the M14 EBR

another attempt at faking a fredrik frame, i think i got the shading a little closer this time, but made the guy buffer than he was suppossed to be, ill probably end up buffing up the orginal frames instead of correcting the new ones i do, but im not sure yet
