I will try to make them brighter, but now they are just shadeless.

Well, I finally redid the lighting on all of the Pinky sprites since the majority of people suggested A from my last post, so it looks much better now IMO.
Also, I started work on Ol' Cybie, thoughts and suggestions?

I do edit over my sprites after I render the models in an attempt to make them pop out a little more.

Also, here is the front frame of my take on Cybie's firing animation. (Not looking forward to doing the rotations, drawing over this frame was a pain in the ass to get to look acceptable for my standards.)

He looks very stiff during the transition, perhaps it would do some good to study his animation cycles from actual DOOM 2016 game play.
