Here with a smol update. SMG, shotgun and assault rifle from Alien Swarm are now finished. I'll post a sheet with their firing frames (with and without hands) later.
Next up I suppose is the LMG or the railgun. Or perhaps a surprise bulky weapon, who knows!

In Doom Standards, those sprites have legit normal size. 3rd one looks a bit big because of the scope even. If you click on the image, you can see it but with full resolution. Try it!

PS: I'm aware of the back of the Rifle on reload frames looking strange, that's where the screen ended. If someone can come up with a fix, i'll gladly update the sheet.

Edit - tried a fix, it's still looking strange, but at least is a little better.
Kind of an odd question, but would it be alright if I used specifically the muzzle flash from these?

You can use all the parts of the sprite you want, no problem! Even if it's only the muzzle flash.

Now, what a coincidence... speaking about Colonial Marines weapons, i have just made a third revision to my 1911 from that game. I'll probably revise the HK VP70 as well in the following days.

Three of those Alien Swarm guns, now with hands and firing frames. SMG has bonus handless frames for dual wielding.
All muzzleflashes taken from the first Crysis, that game has a buttload of great assets.

Back at release, started playing Blade of Agony and loved it. Got inspired and started working.

That's about as far as I got before I ran outta steam and the controversies kinda sapped energy. Pretty much edited from the originals or custom drawn. Figured I'd release them to the wild for people.

OH GOD YES! Honestly i wanted to see the replacement weapon sprites of for BoA because you know, some of them still belong to ww_nazis. Walther, Kar98k and Venom Gun are the best.

I did a thing, a funky flamethrower. Mostly did this cause I really wanted to try my hand at a flamer, and also to practice my hand drawn shading and lighting.
Comes in gunmetal blue (as is typical from me) and in olive green for those who like that M2 kinda color scheme.
Muzzle flame effect taken from Crysis 1. That game is truly a gold mine of assets.

I liked that motorcycle style clutch-handle-grip thing in the left. Also, you should make a compilation of these muzzle flashes at some point in the future.

Oh yeah, I packed them all into an imgur post. These are all the muzzleflash effects in Crysis 1 that I could find (and convert) in the game's files. There's a whole bunch of them (25 images, some of them having four muzzleflashes in one pic) and they're relatively big for Doom spriting standards of course, so I didn't post them here.
Have fun with 'em

Nice rip you got there! The sheer low amount of Halo weapons sprites around is kinda disheartening, good to see that addition!

Now, something i started last year and never finished:

Classic Pulse Rifle from Aliens: Colonial Marines. Comes in two flavors, original and Private Hudson's custom. I still find funny that, even though i was involved in some Aliens related projects in the past, i never had this gun ready (i did a rendition of the Pulse Rifle Mk.2 from the same game, back in 2017, but it's not the same thing). And, since that game took the liberty of adding rear sights to the classic design, i wrapped a sightless version as well, to be posted soon.
